**PLEASE READ SO THEY DONT ALMOST KILL YOUR DOG THEN TRY TO SUE YOU FOR IT**They almost called lawyers because THEY messed up big time and almost killed my best friend.. Here's the full story. They gave me a prescription that was not written out correctly and could not be filled for my dogs HEART condition. I emailed/texted them and told them if my dog died because of this critical error on their part ,I'm going to write a bad review on google. After a lot of hassle, stress, and crying, I finally got the prescription filled and wrote no reviews anywhere, until the other morning I got a call from "Dr" kate telling me that my dog and I are banned there because I said I was going to write a bad review, even though I never did. . They also threatened me with lawyers and legal action even though I did NOTHING. I have never dealt with such a horrible person in my life, I certainly don't want her anywhere near any of my animals.. No wonder they have mostly good reviews, they threaten legal action against anyone who dares to write a bad one. You should be ashamed to call yourself an animal care expert and should not be in any type of animal care. You should work somewhere else with that horrible attitude, customer service, and God complex. You should understand pets are as important as family... Anyone would've said what I did for family..
*I found the "aggressive message" they were talking about. It's in the photos. So to your response. I was not aggressive, I was terrified I was going to lose a family member, my boy.... The way you treated me and THREATENED ME when I only called panicked about my dogs health, I will absolutely not get over it. I will continue to repost it forever, so as many people avoid your business as possible. Maybe I can save a life. My dog has since DIED because I had to find a MUCH further vet because you refused to treat him. He was my best friend, my son, my everything. And you took that from me.. No vet who truly cares about animals would EVER allow that to happen.

Drayco is gone now. This is my honest review of this place. It was not a small clerical error. It prevented me from filling the prescription anywhere and almost killed my dog. Be warned and keep your pets far away, please. For Drayco.
A small situation? Thanks for making it sound like my dog's life was a small situation. And the pharmacies policy is to not fill prescriptions that aren't written correctly. Take responsibility for YOUR mistakes. I miss my buddy everyday. You could've helped him live longer. I don't know a single person who wouldn't get angry at a doctor's mistake that could cost their child their life. He was my boy. My best friend. And he's gone. Your oath to protect animals is a lie and you should be ashamed. I miss him every single day... There's a video of a memorial picture for him. A total stranger made it for me. I can't believe a stranger was nicer than a "veterinarian"...

This past Tuesday, my daughter and I brought our beloved 10-year-old Boxer, Cash, in after his health had continued to decline. During our visit, we were faced with the heartbreaking decision to let him go.
Dr. Lexie and her entire team were incredibly compassionate, honest, and supportive. They took the time to help us understand what was best for Cash while also comforting us through one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make.
What meant the most was the love and dignity they showed Cash. Dr. Lexie gently stroked him, talked to him, and comforted him as if he were her own dog. At no point did it feel rushed or clinical. Instead, it felt like they truly understood that we weren’t just losing a pet—we were saying goodbye to a member of our family.
We were able to lie beside him, hold him, and surround him with love until his very last breath. Although nothing could ever make that moment easy, Dr. Lexie and her team made an unimaginably painful experience as peaceful and comforting as it could possibly be.
We are still grieving and know we will be for a long time, but we are so grateful that Cash’s final moments were spent in the care of people who treated him with such kindness, respect, and love.
Thank you, Dr. Lexie and everyone at The Healthy Pet Vet Clinic, for giving our sweet boy the most gentle goodbye we could have hoped for. We will never forget your compassion.
I had to make the hardest decision for my 13.5 year old fur baby to let him rest in peace. The veterinarian on duty at the end of the day on May 22, 2026, was sooo compassionate, loving, kind, understanding, and gentle. She made the whole process less stressful and painful. She treated my Zeke/Poopy Pooh like he was part of her family, too! Zeke went to sleep peacefully and I'm sure he woke up in heaven with no more pain. Thank you doctor.
