If I could give 0 stars I would. I was supposed to go in for my dogs second ear treatment that was already paid for. The vet examined him and gave me more meds and then when I go to check out they said it was $77. I told them to take the medicine back cause I didn’t have the money til Thursday, she said she had to go get management, she did and “management” stood in my face and told me I had to pay and I said I wasn’t aware there was gonna be a payment cause the ear treatment was already paid for and she said the exam still had to be paid for even if they took the meds back. I told her I could run the card all day long but it would decline and she then proceeded to ask me if there was someone I could call to pay it for me. I’m standing here with my 3 year old daughter and my old man dog and if I could pay you, I guarantee I wouldn’t be having the conversation with you right now. She then proceeds to say “well why would you go to the grocery store if you can’t afford the groceries” excuse me??????? I would NEVER say that to anyone. You don’t know someone’s struggles or what they’re going through. She embarrassed me, she insulted me and I will never be back there again. That lady needs to be fired because at the very least she could’ve had that conversation with me in private and not in the middle of check out. I am so appalled and I’m also contacting the BBB to report this.
