Arrived for a 9:15 appointment and wasn’t called to the back until 9:45. I understand running behind and I wouldn’t want them to rush on my fur baby, however I do believe as a customer service representative myself that they should have at least let me know that they were running behind and apologize for the inconvenience. No one in the lobby said a word. It wasn’t until Beyoncé and Dr. Christina saw me in the office that they apologized for the long wait. I was only frustrated because the delay was going to make me late for work as I drive to CareMore from Aiken, and had to bring my dog back home and then get to work in Evans.That is not the staffs fault that I choose to come to CareMore and that it’s out of my way completely but I do trust the staff here and everyone genuinely seems to care about our pets. The girls got us in and out and even helped with some of the fees associated with the appointment. I do appreciate the girls in the back going above and beyond all the time. Just wish there was better communication.

We've been going there for over 15 years. We've had puppies, dogs and parrots. They've all been well taken care of by Dr. Gross & his team.
