From the front desk, vet techs and to the vets... everyone is always so nice and friendly. I am always able to get in quickly and this place really cares about your fur babies.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chambers and her tech, Nina. They took the time to really listen, work through Berlin’s symptoms, and ultimately reach a diagnosis that made such a difference in his life. Once Berlin was started on the medication he needed, we saw a real change in him. He is happier, healthier, and so much more comfortable, and I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Chambers and Nina for helping us get there. It means so much to have a veterinary team that genuinely cares about your pet and doesn’t give up until they find answers. There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude to the entire team at Pet Care Animal Hospital for the love, compassion, and exceptional care they gave our dog, Colonel, throughout his year-long battle with cancer. From Colonel’s original diagnosis last year, through the regression of his cancer, and ultimately its heartbreaking return, the entire staff treated him as though he were one of their own. At every stage, they provided us with clear and honest information, carefully explained our options, and showed an unprecedented level of attention, compassion, and love. When it became clear that Colonel’s battle was coming to an end, their kindness and dignity toward him and toward our family meant more than I can put into words. Losing him has left an enormous hole in our family, but we will always be grateful knowing that throughout his fight, he was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about him and his quality of life. Pet Care Animal Hospital did more than provide veterinary treatment. They cared for Colonel as a member of our family and supported us through one of the most difficult experiences a pet owner can face. I will always trust Pet Care Animal Hospital with the animals we love, because “care” isn’t simply part of their name it is truly at the heart of everything they do. We have been going here for years. This past month we had to put our dog down to cancer. Alot of crying and tough days. They were very gracious and sensitive to our needs. They did a great job and sent a sweet note later on to our house. A++
