My husband and I are happy. The vet listened to our concerns and talked it out with us. The staff are also set to help our dog get use to them and are aware of her anxiousness. We appreciate it welcoming environment and the care they are showing to our dog.

We sadly had to put our sweet cat Mia to sleep a week and a half ago and Chestnut Mountain made it the best possible experience. Dr. Hadaway and her team (I’m so sorry that I can’t remember names) were so compassionate, empathetic, and made the process easy to understand. We rushed in twenty minutes til close on a Friday and they treated us with such patience and understanding. They ensured that she went peacefully and that we had time to say our goodbyes. What truly moved me, even more, a week and a half later, is receiving a beautiful card with written messages of sympathy & compassion from each staff member. I can’t recommend them enough.
