We are so happy this veterinary office was recommended to us! From the moment we came in, we felt like we had found the right place. Ian is absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The veterinarian was wonderful as well. She took her time with us, really listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and never made us feel rushed. It was such a refreshing experience to feel heard and know that Walter was in good hands. Finding a vet you truly feel comfortable with is so important, and we’re incredibly happy to have found this team. Highly recommend!

Every time I have brought my dog in they have been very kind and educational regarding her care. I have not had one bad interaction with any of the staff and have felt safe bringing my dogs to them with any problem. Big Gravel Springs Animal Hospital fans!!!!

Dr. Ray and Chris L. are extremely nice and considerate. They have always been very gentle and respectful to our dog. Our dog is very nervous and they never rush her and they are so gentle with her. We have been using them now for a couple of years. They never rush us with making decisions. We highly recommend them for our pet treatments. We will definitely keep using them !!
