I take all three of my dogs here, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary office! The entire staff is kind, understanding, and truly cares about both pets and their owners.
Anytime I call with questions, someone always gets back to me the same day if they are unable to answer right away. I have also been able to get appointments quickly whenever one of my pups has needed care, which is such a blessing.
The doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate, and provide excellent care. My poodle once had a fall and needed stitches, and the veterinarian did an amazing job. She healed beautifully, and I was so thankful for the care she received.
The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming as well. I especially want to thank Rachel, who took the time to call me back right before closing to make sure my dog received much-needed medication. She even stayed until closing to ensure we were taken care of since I wasn’t able to arrive until the very last minute.
A huge thank you to everyone at this office—you all go above and beyond, and it truly shows. This is, without a doubt, the best vet around!
I am very satisfied with the level of service that my pets receive whenever I go to Your Friends at Animal Hospital. Dr. Neal, and Dr. Cardarelli are truly amazing, and the methods they use to treat animal is stellar. Twice I brought my dog who was in very critical condition (not near death but probably if not brought in sooner would be) and twice they treated him perfectly to even miraculous recovery. I am glad that I have such caring and professional vets that I can count on and that treat your pets as if they are their own. I also am thankful that the staff, the techs and everyone working there are just as professional, welcoming and kind as the Vets. My sweet elderly fur baby, Moonpie, had been declining for some time after a long, healthy, and wonderful life. Today, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have her euthanized after she began to suffer.
For the past few years, since changing veterinarians, Moonpie had been under the care of Dr. Neal and his wonderful staff. From annual wellness visits and routine exams to technician appointments, she always received exceptional care, compassion, and kindness.
I truly can’t say enough about everyone at this office. During every visit, they treated both Moonpie and me with genuine warmth and respect. On our final visit, one of the hardest days I’ve ever faced, their compassion meant more than words can express. Several staff members even gave me hugs, which brought me so much comfort during such a difficult time.
Thank you, Dr. Neal and everyone on your team, for taking such wonderful care of Moonpie throughout her life and for helping us say goodbye with so much dignity, kindness, and compassion. I will always be grateful.
Another reason I chose this practice is that it is locally owned and operated, rather than being part of a large corporate chain like so many veterinary offices today. That personal touch has always meant a great deal to me, and it truly shows in the way they care for both their patients and their families.

I brought my dog Moonpie in for a tech visit yesterday for a couple of shots and a nail trim, and once again, the experience was wonderful. The team is always so gentle and kind with her, which means a lot to me since she's older and struggles with arthritis. Dr. Neal helped keep her comfortable while Adrienne gave her shots and trimmed her nails with such care.
Dacula Animal Hospital truly stands out as a compassionate, attentive place with excellent doctors and staff. I especially appreciate that it's a small, local, independently owned practice-it makes me feel even better about supporting them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares.
We were a bit nervous going here because the last vet made my wife feel bad that our dog has a nervous tummy and got little poo on her.
Your Friends were genuine. Everyone loves animals and you can tell. Everyone we talked to spelled out all of the options and what it was going to cost. Sure our dog had bad time there, but she was back to her old self when we got home.
I will definitely be looking and bringing our second dog here.
