The last visit was my last time I’ll ever use this vet for anything. The staff here is dishonest and the officer manager told me not to come back if I wanted a refund for the visit after they gave my dog a vaccine I didn’t approve. The vet Tech at checkout tried to cover up the fact that they did so and then followed me outside and said that I should consider going to another Vet Because of the dishonesty. You can’t trust anybody at this facility any longer.

Dr. Williams, the techs, and remaining staff are so helpful. They know your fur baby by name and share your concerns to ensure they’re properly addressed. The ladies at the desk are amazing. I definitely recommend Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital any day to care for my sonshine!
