Terrible. Went in first thing on a Saturday because my sister's dogs hind legs stopped working. Carried her in there just to find out that it's appointment only but if we pay an additional fee we could maybe wait and get in (even though it was only us and 1 other couple who also didn't have an appointment). I asked how much is the fee and she would not tell us. They only tell you after (my sister later found out it's $350). So we asked if there is anywhere else around we could go and she said no. But we found Branch's Veterinary Clinic 15 minutes away which squeezed her in the same day and only costed $105 including medicine.
