We met Dr. Diehl at Suwanee Fest where she had a whole cooling station for dogs. After talking to her, she seemed totally confident handling dogs with behavior challenges. Well, a few days later and our dogs needed flu vaccines for the place we’re boarding them and olde towne got us in that day and they exceeded expectations! I never wanted to take our dog to another vet, but my husband said Dr. Diehl was so good with him! 10/10

My pup has been seeing Dr. Diehl since we moved to the area in 2024 and she is by far the best vet we have ever been to. It's always a good sign when a vet sits on the ground and approaches the pet rather than speaking over them. My dog has had his routine vaccines and annuals done here - all great. We also had 2 separate instances where I needed to bring him in outside of the routine, one to get his stomach pumped and another for a cough, and they have both been handled BEAUTIFULLY. They've texted to check up on him after, and all of the staff is so welcoming. We'll be moving a little further away soon, and I will still make the drive. They truly just are that great.

We had such an incredible experience with Old Towne Animal Hospital during one of the hardest moments our family has ever gone through. We brought in our 12-year-old German Shepherd, and from the very beginning, the entire team showed so much compassion, patience, and genuine love toward her. Every visit, the vet took the time to thoroughly answer our questions and walk us through her condition so we felt informed and supported every step of the way. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down due to her medical issues. This was the first time my husband and I have ever experienced something like this, and it was incredibly difficult. But the staff—especially the vet, and techs—handled everything with such kindness and empathy. They treated our girl with so much dignity and care, and they truly helped us get through an awful experience. To top it off, they sent us a beautiful handwritten letter along with her paw prints in the mail, which meant more to us than words can express. We are so grateful for the care they provided and will absolutely continue bringing our other animals here. Highly, highly recommend.
