September 2026 update: new staff. Some of them are not nearly as kind, warm or welcoming as the previous people were. We used to go in and could feel how much they enjoyed their jobs and loved our pets. This current group... NOPE. Dr. Cerjan, Dr. Craig and their staff here are wonderful. We fully trust Dr's Cerjan & Craig with the care of our furbaby. Appointments are easy, and they're very accommodating when he isn't feeling well and needs to be seen sooner rather than later. They always take their time, listen when we have concerns, answer all of our questions and explain everything in detail. I'm very happy we chose Snellville Animal Hospital to provide regular care and medical services for our sweet boy.

We had come to Snellville Animal Hospital for 18 years. My wife's parents had been coming here for close to 30 years. We had always seen Dr. Cerjan. We loved him. When he retired we began to see Dr. Duffy. We loved her as well. Both of them were caring and very thorough and overall amazing vets. We were always on a first name basis with everyone in the office and most of the vet techs. When our dog passed away we unfortunately didn't need any vet services for about a year. We adopted a new dog and came right back. But things were very different. None of the office staff are still there and we only recognized one of the techs. There was a totally new vet. The attitude there is now "get them in, get them out". The new vet's name wasn't even on the prescription we got for our dog. It was someone totally different. Everything seemed off even though nothing really bad happened. I did a little digging and found that the clinic was sold to a private equity vet company. So I don't really expect this place to keep going anywhere but down unfortunately.
