Wow. Is all I can say. We came in with a nicked artery, 3 severed nerves and a severed muscle. From 50 miles away. They saved our baby. Thank you so much. Amazing team.

I have recently had several experiences with Dr Conrad and his staff at Anima. Medical Clinic of Rome. The first experience was having to euthanize my dog, Sugar who was 17 years old. The whole staff showed such compassion and understanding which made a very difficult time easier . Recently we adopted a new dog who needed spaying. Our dog has done well after the surgery. Dr Conrad gave clear instructions for her postoperative care and have contacted us several times to check on how things are going. We would definitively recommend Dr Conrad and his staff to other pet parents!

I absolutely love the staff! When I was looking for a new vet for my dogs I must have read through 20 different vet's reviews from Rome to Cartersville, but something about hers just seemed "right." And I'm very glad I listened to my intuition. She took my 8 year old Shadow off the monthly steroid shots for his allergies that, by this time, were only good for a couple weeks. My old vet said the alternative would cost me hundreds of dollars a month. He put him on a low dose daily medication that has worked wonders for him and doesn't have the steroid side effects. Plus it doesn't cost me the 100s of dollars a month the other meds would have cost me. I only wish he'd had this a year ago, maybe then he wouldn't have chewed himself until he had bald spots and was raw and bleeding. Dr. Edwards and the staff took time with my dogs to help calm them down and make their first visit as stress-free as possible. They were so good with them that I didn't have to forcibly drag Sable or Shadow in the door the next time we went. My girl Sable didn't panic and pee on the scale like she normally did when she was weighed (it was a first for her). That in itself was enough to win my loyalty. All-in-all they are are not just compassionate, caring animal practitioners they are also well-versed in the latest technology and medicine to keep your pet happy and healthy for many years to come. I'm so glad I found them.
