This business is running multiple Google profiles. This profile is not consistent with the hours of operation given by phone, and what's posted on their front door, as of 8.15.26. Door, phone, and other Google profile all say open Saturday. Lights off nobody there.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Richmond Hill Animal Hospital! The entire team has taken such amazing care of our three pets—Izzy, Milo, and Gray. Every visit, they treat them like they're part of their own family. The doctors and staff are always compassionate, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed. Whether it's a routine checkup or something more serious, we know our pets are receiving the very best care.

We've decided to transfer all of our pets to another veterinary practice after repeated experiences that left us feeling unsupported when our animals actually needed medical care. The veterinarians and technicians we've met have been kind and compassionate, and I have no complaints about the care they provided once we were seen. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has consistently been the opposite. I often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a client seeking help for a sick pet. The biggest issue is scheduling. Twice now we've called with a sick animal and were told the next available appointment was three to four weeks away. This most recent time, our only option was to pay an additional $125 walk-in fee to be seen sooner. I understand that veterinary clinics are busy and emergencies happen. However, I expect a primary care veterinarian to have some ability to accommodate established patients when they're sick. If every urgent issue requires an emergency hospital or an additional fee just to be worked into the schedule, then this practice isn't meeting our family's needs. I genuinely appreciate the veterinarians and staff who cared for our pets, but the combination of limited availability for sick visits and consistently unwelcoming interactions at the front desk led us to transfer all of our pets' records to another clinic. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I believe both the client experience and access to care for established patients could be improved.
