I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has happened too many times over coming here since they opened across several pets. I called to get my dog scheduled for a bath. She was just there last month in July and had a near $200 visit. They charged me a same day fee when all I wanted was to be able to get her a bath but she needed her rabies updated and some vaccines. I didn't even know I was going to be charged an extra fee for the appointment being the same day, they just told me they had an opening. So ok, I got everything done. Yesterday, I called to schedule a bath thinking, she was just there last month and only needs a bath, right. The receptionist tells me they have an opening for a bath tomorrow (today), Great! But, then she says oh, she is due for distemper. ???? I say, oh is this going to be another appointment over $100 just so I can give my dog a bath...again? She was just there last month! I would have to pay a doctor's visit fee, plus the vaccine, plus medical waste. Why didn't you do this last month? I feel like this has got to be on purpose to collect extra money in fees. So inconsiderate of people's money given how expensive they are. I'm not even going to talk about the $2,000 estimate they gave me for my injured cat that was completed for under $200 elsewhere. I'm taking my animals elsewhere.

I had my sweet girl in this morning. She was clearly not feeling well. They got me in immediately and couldn’t have been more friendly, sympathetic, and helpful! I highly recommend them! She is home and feeling better. Thank you to all that helped me today!

They pretty much killed my cat by forcing saline through him while he was fighting an infection when I got my cat back he couldn’t walk and they just kinda pushed us out of here in an emergency situation because they were closing. THEY WERE TELLING US TO GO HOME WIH THE CAT TO MONITOR HIM . This has a fatal effect as im now having to put my cat down. I wish I would have knew how careless they were , my cat would have been here had I not trusted these people

My fur baby wasn’t feeling well & they got us in immediately on a Sunday! Took great care of Lucah! Such a wonderful staff & very clean! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for taking such good care of my baby!
