I began taking my previous cat here back in 2017 when I moved to the area. Dr. Purcell & his team were always compassionate and straight forward in their care, empowering me to make good choices for my cat. My previous cat passed in 2022, but when I adopted a new cat, I knew I had to come back to Westside! There are probably 20 vets closer to me now, but I will always make the trip to Westside! Westside feels like home from the time I arrive to the time I leave. I love Donna’s authenticity & compassion! I’m a nervous person by nature, but Donna always makes me feel at ease. The care team always treats my pet with kindness & care, very gentle in their handling. I appreciate that I get estimates on my cat’s care before action is taken and that everything is explained in a way I can understand. Dr. Purcell has always been honest & compassionate and I appreciate that he takes time to make sure I understand what’s best for my pet. I also like that I get handouts to go home with and reminders to keep up with routine care. I couldn’t ask for a better care team and I always feel like my cat is in wonderful hands! Any time I’m asked for vet recommendations, I always tell them this is the place I go.
