Faster now with the retirement of some leadership, but definitely lost that friendliness he brought. Still the best prices and staff in town though. Dont get it twisted.

I want to say that Dr Reese is one of the nicest vets ive ever dealt with when having to put my senior dog down… however with my current pets I’m having to switch vets due to them NEVER answering their phone. I tried calling them several times a day for over a week to pay a bill and they never answered. That was a year ago. Now my current dog is sick and once again I can’t get ahold of them. I also tried calling them earlier this year and they never answer. My new vet had to call them 7 times until someone answered.

Came to get my cats spayed and neutered, I was standing at the counter for at least 3-5 minutes before anyone spoke to me, mind you, someone walked past, looked me straight into my eyes & DID NOT speak. When they called to let me know my cats was ready, she said something like "Oh, I guess we forgot to call you....your cats are ready." & Then they spell my name COMPLETELY WRONG on my receipt. 🤔 How did that happen?? Shatina(my name) looks nothing like Fatima(name on receipt)... Probably won't be going back there.
