We have new kitties and Dr. McCoy is wonderful with them. Our little Bandit had to go in and see her, and he only complained once (LOL). She carried him around and he was so content and curious. She loved all over him and her love for animals is so obvious.

Trying to get someone on the phone if awful. You sit on hold forever. Last time I called I was on hold for 28 mins. That's not good support service. Left a message for one of the Dr's to call me. Never heard from them. I don't think she received the message.
