I wish that I could leave a positive review, but I can't. My dog didn't have a good experience at this place. My dog had serious infections on his paws.
My dog was labeled a danger because a nurse actually thought she could say hello to my dog by rubbing one of my dogs hot spots which was painful.
Imagine you have a raw area of skin and someone just grabs it and rubs it, yes it's going to hurt, my dog response with snapning at her was a natural reaction to pain.
From that day on; whenever, I brought my dog in, I had to have him sedated, matter fact, I had to sedate him myself before bringing him in each visit.
You would think these people would know how to handle animals especially not to touch and rub on any raw painful areas.
Let's move on to more problems with this vet. I took my dog in one time for a uti, and other problems related to nexguard flea chew that they prescribed him. My dog had a seizure, and my dog was not able to walk because of the nexguard.
A older vet, a man, was literally in the office yelling and cussing at my dog, because my dog was screaming and barking. I wass outside but I could still hear it. Totally unprofessional, and it makes me wonder how they talk to dogs and treat dogs when the owner is not around.
The main vet should fire that guy. I have problems with the main vet at this place also. The guy flat out refused to do culture and sensitivity test on my dog to see which strain of bacteria was the problem with his paws.
Instead he played the guessing game, and he would just pick a antibiotic and hoped that it worked. The problem with that is it only made my dogs immune system even weaker, and made the bacteria even more resistant to antibiotics.
He then comes up with the idea to put my dog on apocoquel. A medication that makes the immune system even more weaker. Also a medication that requires testing while your dog is on it and no test was ever performed to make sure the medication wasn't harming my dog.
They were happy with the $75 I was paying them once a month for the medication. Then they jacked up the price for the medication. My dog got apocoquel from this place for 3 to 4 years and no test was ever performed to see if my dog was still safe to use it.
This place failed my dog. Apocoquel is not a safe drug, and nexguard is not a safe drug. Do your research people. Then these people tried to charge me $750 to neuter my dog. Smh it's $200 to $250 at other vets. I wouldn't recommend that you use this vet.
If you truly care about your fur family, I would suggest another veterinarian clinic with a more experience vet and staff. A vet that actually takes on the task of solving a problem and getting rid of it, instead of deciding to prescribe medications that only mask the problem and makes the problem worse by causing new problems.
A vet that's willing to refuse to prescribe medication they know has many complaints with the fda for dog/cat harm and death, cancer causing medications ect.. It's a bad feeling to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on vet visits, tests, medications, and still see no improvement in your dog's health.
This review is the absolute truth and it hurts me to leave it. Smh

I am my dogs voice, not this places.. The main vet at this place called me and threatened to stop seeing my dog if I didn't delete my review. My dog is better off without him. TRUTH IS TRUTH!!!!
