Yaya has been a happy patient since 2020 during the pandemic, she was 1 LB and it was a scary time to be raising a baby yorkie with so much going on and all of the sensitive things that comes with the " Teacup Yorkshire Breed" Leland vet has provided a safe place to insure that my Baby Yaya was in good caring hands, everyone is warm and shows empathy and authentic kindness, my Baby and I appreciate Leland Veterinary Clinic.

It was like taking my beloved family member to a trusted Friend for care. I enjoy visiting with staff members and discussing my cats health with Dr. Ray. Leland has been my preferred Vet for years and will continue to be for many more!

I have been bringing my pets here for years, but the level of service has continued to decline. The reception staff often comes across as dismissive and lacks basic customer service. Nearly every question is met with, “Would you like to leave a message for the doctor?” rather than an attempt to assist. I would strongly encourage management to consider monitoring calls for quality and training. As a long time client, it is disappointing to feel brushed off or as though calling with questions is an inconvenience.
