It is truly disheartening the level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity I experienced today when I called this office for help. My dog was having a medical emergency, and I called ahead to see if they would be able to see us and explained that we live literally ONE MINUTE from their office. The receptionist that answered the phone asked if our dog had been seen there before, and when I answered no she is not an existing patient, she simply said “no”. She did not try to even help or suggest an emergency vet or alternative for us. Just simply said “no”. Their website states they provide compassionate care but what I witnessed today was far from that. I would not trust this place to take care of any of my pets, basically my babies, if that’s how they handle emergency calls. So disappointing.

Everyone is so sweet and welcoming! Very gentle with my 4 kittens and gave plenty of advice and attention to each one of their needs.

My experience at Walnut Grove Animal Hospital never ceases to amaze me. They always take great care of my pup, and it's very evident that they love what they do: take care of our beloved animals. From the way they handle my pup, to walking me through anything concerning my pup, they are always on top of things. I will never use another vet.

I’ve been here twice with my dog and every time I’ve walked in it feels like home! Everyone is so friendly and I know my pets are well taken care of when I bring them!
