We had previously taken our cat to this place but he goes to South town vet now, but they are closed on Thursday which unfortunately when his stomach problem acted up. I figured since we had no issue in the past taking him here it would be ok. Do not go as a walk in here unless you want to wait for hours to be seen like you do not matter. They do not know how to schedule to do work ins. They make you wait until all appointment people come in before they will see you. After 2 hrs a lady also waiting with her little dog asked how long, they told her there are still 10 people in front of you. I have been a walk in other places and they never do me this way, they are supposed to work you in somewhere between appointments. Especially if you have been sitting there before the other people come in. Our cat gets really crazy at the vet, he is very sweet at home. He had to wait 3 hrs in his carrier with multiply big dogs barking and carrying on disturbing him even more. when he finally was seen they refused to give him his shots for his illness because he was so radical. You cannot tell me all cats behave at the vet. We have seen this before vets afraid of a cat. So we took our sick cat home hoping he would be ok, not get dehydrated until the next day. Next morning took him to Dr Rogers, did lot wait long, they gave him his shots and now he is fine. He was not stable the day we took him to main street clinic, he was not able to keep food or water down. We brought a paper from his last treatment to show what he usually had. If they looked at his previous records which would have dated back to 2018 , if they still have them, they could see that was Dr Rogers diagnosis. This is a condition that will not go away. Even so it does not matter I would not go back anyway. I am not the only one who was not happy waiting so long

Jarod Ferguson was amazing with our two cats. He was gentle and kind despite one of our cats hissing due to anxiety of being at the vet. He was very informative!

Diagnosed cancer on my dog after another vet completely missed it 3 days before. Had my dog put down and as bad as it was the dr. Made it the smoothest process. Many thanks and forever grateful for the experience and passion held here almost all other vets lack. Will be bringing my next dog to yall for check ups and everything. ❤️

Absolutely wonderful service. They got our 15 week ole bulldog in right away they made us feel like we where the only ones there. Being from out of state you always worry. What a great place and thank you.
