Since selling to a larger company, the quality of staff and service has dropped a bit. Prices are higher. Clients need to INSIST on complete, upfront pricing transparency. This place, as so many others, has ridiculous upcharges. Likewise, doctors "offer" services without explaining the costs associated or giving clients options. My pets love most of the docs and the vet techs. Only one doctor stands out as rude and outright insulting. I am not naming her because the office knows who she is yet they keep her on staff. Previously this was a five star vet office. It's a shame they sold out. They remain one of the best vet offices in the area. Discover the better docs and stick with them.

The team at Carevet formerly Hoschton Animal hospital are phenomenal they provide excellent service and reasonable prices and all of my fur babies have been taken care of by there team especially Dr.Roberts.
