The staff are so great. They are so professional and kind. I've only met the vet twice but he seems pretty knowledgeable and has great bed side manners. I highly recommend this vet to anyone needing care for their pets.

Dr Hall is the rudest person I’ve ever taken my furbaby to. Had seizures, I took her there…picked her up still having seizures…said he didn’t know what was causing it but charged me $1700

I just got out of Benjamin’s appointment at Piedmont Animal Hospital literally in tears. I have never had ANY medical professional talk to me the way Dr. Hall just did. After an emergency scare in late 2024, Benjamin was diagnosed with steroid responsive meningitis and has been on medication ever since. Dr. Bean was who we initially saw in the practice and he was great navigating this journey and finding the best dosage for Benjamin. We’ve gone from blood work checks every two weeks to every three months. Since Dr. Bean retired from the practice recently, we’ve seen Dr. Hall twice. Today, when checking in, I told the receptionist I wanted to ask the doctor a question about Benjamin’s treatment in addition to the bloodwork. Dr. Hall came in and was IMMEDIATELY demeaning and dismissive. I could barely get my concerns out without him cutting me off which led to me tearing up. I even tried to explain that I was not trying to be difficult, I just wanted clarity on something I had been previously told during his treatment. After the bloodwork was done, he did NOT come back in to explain the results to me. The assistant did the best she could, but when she couldn’t answer my follow-up question, I asked her was the doctor going to come back in like they have ALWAYS done to explain the results. She shook her head no. Now the other crazy thing is that the walls are thin so I could HEAR him pleasantly talking to other patients in nearby rooms. I’m sitting in my car in tears and disbelief. If me wanting to ask the medical professional a question before treatment warrants a response like that’s not a place I can return to.
