It has been a year since my journey with my dog began at Magnolia Grove. I can say I have ALWAYS received great customer and veterinarian service here. Anyone would be fortunate to have have thier animals taken care of here. Very knowledgeable and caring. Now I gave a cat and my dog, both stray, and I would not tryst another vet to treat my babies. Very knowledgeable le and caring. The staff is fabulous.

I was told "Well I don't know about you but my dog knows what grass he's chewing on". Well I don't know where she lives but my grass is good ol south Georgia mixture that has burrs so I felt my question was logical. Then I was asked to give the vets number from 8 years ago (made me look it up right then) so she could call regarding immunizations (which common sense tells you the shots should be treated as null and void- I could be wrong tho) but she called anyway and had to come tell me that there was no record of my dog being at that vet (not my problem because he was fixed by that vet) like I had been caught in a lie. She purposely made me feel stupid for no reason. THEN I prepaid $160 to have my cat fixed. I cant say I wasn't told but DID NOT get the reminder text to have cat there at 8am etc. Went up there and PROVED to them I did not get the text (found out later my carrier was marking them as spam - new to me to) but yet would not reschedule. $160 is alot of money to lose. So by God, no matter what is going on in the office, listen to his staff and dont forget or you will pay and be treated like you have 2 heads for asking questions.. And make sure you are fluent in speedy gonzales and smart ass. And no, I did not get a reminder card for the cats surgery. So no reminder card, no call and no text... 160 gone. Like anyone can afford that. However doctor Ritchie was thorough and professional. Lady at front desk was politely professional and stuck to office policy, she was awesome.
