If I could give VEG ER Brookhaven more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. ❤️ Taking Bentley to the ER for his initial visit was an incredibly stressful and scary experience, but from the moment we walked through the doors, the team made us feel like we were in the right place. Everyone was kind, positive, patient, and incredibly thorough. They never made me feel rushed, dismissed, or like Bentley was just another patient. I especially want to recognize Andrew. From the beginning of Bentley’s visit, Andrew was so incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening, answered my questions, and helped get Bentley set up for admission. His calm and positive attitude made such a difference during a moment when I was understandably worried about my baby. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone genuinely cares, and Andrew made us feel the latter. The compassion he showed Bentley and the kindness he showed me as a worried pet parent meant more than he probably realizes. The entire VEG Brookhaven team was amazing. Their thoroughness, communication, professionalism, and genuine warmth gave me confidence that Bentley was being cared for by people who truly wanted the best for him. Emergency vet visits are never something you want to experience, but if you ever find yourself in that position, having a team like VEG Brookhaven behind you makes all the difference. Thank you, Andrew, and the entire VEG ER Brookhaven team, for taking such wonderful care of Bentley and for taking care of me, too. Dr. Havill and the rest of the team here did an amazing job of letting me understand the whole process as well as letting me be there every step of the way with my dog. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of him!

Dr Havill and team (Ashley, MJ, and everyone who assisted) were very knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. They handled my pet with care and addressed all my questions and concerns immediately.

This place is a glorified kill shelter. Brought my 4 year old dog in after he showed signs of potential poison and they said we should put him down. They then tried to say that we couldn’t take him home. The staff seemed frustrated that we were consulting with our normal vet and getting second opinions and we ended up taking our dog elsewhere and he has made a FULL recovery. Would never recommend this place to anyone
