My experience with Happy Tails Veterinary Care was a positive one. I had to take my sweet cat in to see the doctor because she had been feeling poorly. I sensed right away that my little girl was in very good hands. It was obvious that the Happy Tails team really wanted to give my pet the best care possible. The team was very professional, honest and open about what was going on with my pet's health and what they planned to do about it. This helped me to calm down and be able to help in my baby's care and convalescence. I highly recommend Happy Tails Veterinary Care for all your veterinary needs.

Worst business I have ever encountered. I'm a U.S Army Combat Veteran and I Took my Service dog there 1 time and I wasnt happy with the services they provided. They took it upon themselves to schedule a second appointment for my dog. I was unaware of the appointment so the BILLED ME and sent it to a debt collection service. I hope you feel good about yourselves Knowing that you made life a little bit harder for someone who's entire life has been a struggle.

Disappointing tone, condescending care, and absurd extra fees I had to schedule an urgent visit here because our normal clinic was fully booked and I needed to bring my cat in after a stray literally broke through our porch screen to attack her inside our own home. I was just trying to be proactive and prevent a serious infection, but the whole experience was terrible. Instead of focusing on my cat, the vet spent the visit lecturing me about the dangers of outdoor cats. She went on and on about how outdoor cats don't live as long, how they get hit by cars, get attacked, or catch rabies. I explicitly told her I agreed with her points, that we live nowhere near a main road, and that I’m balancing family dynamics with cats who love the outdoors. But she just kept preaching. She even condescendingly told me I should put chicken wire over my screens or build a catio—completely ignoring that chicken wire isn't predator-proof and that the stray broke into what should have been a safe, enclosed space. On top of the attitude, their billing practices feel like total nickel-and-diming. Every single medication option had a separate "service fee" tacked on ($12 to $30 extra per item), which basically doubled the cost of the medicine itself. When I asked what the service fee was for, the staff told me it covers counting out, packaging, and bottling the meds. But the anti-inflammatory they gave me was a single, factory-sealed blister pack straight from the manufacturer. All the clinic did was slap a prescription sticker on the box. Charging a full fulfillment "service fee" just to put a sticker on pre-packaged medication is ridiculous. I came in looking for compassionate care during a stressful situation, but left dealing with condescension and bogus fees. I won't be back and definitely don't recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They have been taking care of my pups Nala and Nero for the past 11 years. My pups love coming here and seeing their best friends. Seriously Valerie and Dr Klein are their besties! Our boy had significant issues from GI, skin issues and then multiple myeloma cancer. They were there for every step of the way and even at the end for our sweet boy Nero. The way they care is above anyone else. Only Vet we will ever use. We are so thankful for them. 🐶🐾
